You can also just hand hold the saw and use it as a small power wood hack saw.Great purchase. It is a wonderful tool. I stumbled across this tool on Amazon and ordered one refurbished from Bosch.It arrived in about 2 days. You can reverse the "hand" of the blade and cut to the left or rght. I had some laminate flooring to install. I started out with one of the japanese style pull saws to shorten the door moldings around the rooms. Sure, you can use the pull saw and do nearly as well but this power saw makes the job go a lot quicker and the cuts are straighter.
If you install hardwood flooring or laminate flooring this saw is the best on the market. I have two other types but, this one is the best
The tool would be used to undercut door jams etc. I purchased this tool to assist laying a (Large floor over a large area)floor in my daughter's house. It operated quickly.smoothly and with precision in every cut.I was VERY pleased and would HIGHLY recommend this tool.
This saw is a great tool, works perfect and smooth, great deal, very good seller,i have received it on time.
Worked great and made quick work of it. This is the third reconditioned tool I have bought from Bosch and all three have been in new condition.might be overstock items they are having a had time selling. Also used this saw to under cut some door jambs for a tile installation. Tried to cut some floor trim with it but it's too agressive for that.
